Insurance.
The Knee Physio Clinic is recognised by most major insurance companies. Please check your policy carefully.
On occasion shortfalls or excess must be honoured by the patient. We will require your membership number and any authorisation number prior to first appointment.
Cancellation policy.
By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please get in touch by email or phone as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your appointment. Two consecutive cancellations will require an IA before continuing with treatment.
To protect slots for those who need them, cancellations are subject to the following charges.
Less than 24 hours: incur a charge of 50% of the invoice.
24-48 hours: incur no charge, providing another appointment is made.
More than 48 hours: incur no charge.
